Easy Steps to Become a Homeowner with the Pathway Scheme

- Once the mortgage has been approved instruct your conveyancer/lawyers to act for you on the purchase
- The lender will instruct the surveyor for a valuation report and once received if the property is suitable for mortgage security, the lender will issue you with a mortgage Offer Letter
- Sign & return your Offer Letter and speak to your conveyancer/lawyers
- Completion is either a Friday in the Royal Court for Freehold or Flying Freehold properties or Share Transfer properties can complete any day of the week.
